Suggested Usage:

Collagen Plus Biotin & Antioxidants is a concentrated liquid collagen product designed to be mixed with water for enjoyable consumption.

DIRECTIONS FOR SKIN HEALTH: Mix 1 tablespoon (15 mL) with 4-6 oz. of water and drink. May be taken 1-2 times daily, or as directed by a healthcare professional.

DIRECTIONS FOR JOINT HEALTH: Mix 2 tablespoons (30 mL) with 8-10 oz. of water and drink. May be taken 1-2 times daily, or as directed by a healthcare professional.

It may also be consumed directly by the tablespoon if desired.
