As an update to the previous posts below, the USPS has announced that, effective May 15, 2020, it will resume acceptance of mail destined to the following countries:
This service resumption will affect the following mail classes: Priority Mail Express International® (PMEI), Priority Mail International® (PMI), First-Class Mail International® (FCMI), First-Class Package International Service® (FCPIS®), International Priority Airmail® (IPA®), International Surface Air Lift® (ISAL®), and M-Bag® items.

We have received an important update from the USPS concerning the suspension of services to the countries listed below. The USPS received notice that various postal operators are no longer able to process or deliver international mail or services originating from the United States due to service disruptions related to the COVID-19 pandemic.
As a result, the USPS is currently unable to accept items destined for affected countries at any Post Office® or postal facility location, effective April 3 and until further notice. This temporary service suspension affects the following countries:
