  • Trinidad and Tobago

In addition, the USPS announced temporary service suspensions to 4 additional countries, also effective May 22, 2020

Suspension of international mail acceptance to the following destinations where the foreign postal operator has indicated that they are unable to process or deliver international mail or services originating from the United States:  

  1. Turkmenistan

Suspension of international mail acceptance to the following destinations where transportation is unavailable due to widespread cancellations and restrictions into the area:

  1. Brunei
  2. Cambodia
  3. Uzbekistan

As an update to the previous posts below, the USPS has announced that, effective May 15, 2020, it will resume acceptance of mail destined to the following countries:

  • Bosnia and Herzegovina
  • Estonia
  • Moldova
  • Montenegro

This service resumption will affect the following mail classes: Priority Mail Express International® (PMEI), Priority Mail International® (PMI), First-Class Mail International® (FCMI), First-Class Package International Service® (FCPIS®), International Priority Airmail® (IPA®), International Surface Air Lift® (ISAL®), and M-Bag® items.

    Temporary Service Suspension to Select Destinations Due to COVID-19

    We have received an important update from the USPS concerning the suspension of services to the countries listed below. The USPS received notice that various postal operators are no longer able to process or deliver international mail or services originating from the United States due to service disruptions related to the COVID-19 pandemic. 

    As a result, the USPS is currently unable to accept items destined for affected countries at any Post Office® or postal facility location, effective April 3 and until further notice. This temporary service suspension affects the following countries:

    1. Botswana
    2. Cayman Islands
    3. Chad
    4. Ecuador
    5. Fiji
    6. French Polynesia
    7. Honduras
    8. India
    9. Kuwait
    10. Libya
    11. Madagascar
    12. Maldives
    13. Mongolia
    14. New Caledonia
    15. Panama
    16. Peru
    17. Samoa
